**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

**Sales Support**:

- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation for clients.
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist with sales reporting and compiling performance data.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support event planning, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
