Pearson Carter are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Sales Modular Exposure to join a dynamic team. You will be primarily responsible for implementing Recruitment CRM solution.

The client is looking to hire on a contractual basis Outside IR35.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, business processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in customising, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

**Experience**:

- Configure and customise the Dynamics 365 Sales system according to the project requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 Sales with other systems using standard connectors, custom APIs, or third-party tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
