You’ll develop specialist knowledge of your course areas and become a trusted point of contact for both applicants and colleagues, offering clear and timely advice on admissions processes. Your post will also involve maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries across multiple platforms, and supporting key university events such as Open Days, Confirmation, Clearing, and Enrolment. This is a rewarding post that offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact on the applicant-student journey. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service are required for this post.

**Please note**: This post involves occasional evening and weekend work during peak periods, particularly in August and September, when annual leave restrictions may apply.

**Qualifications**

Essential;
- Five GCSEs (to include English Language) at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent qualification or experience

Desirable;
- GCSE Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent qualification or experience
