**The role**
**Responsibilities**
- Answering calls from customers, taking payments over the phone and dealing with queries, leaving notes on the inhouse CRM (Loan Management System).
- Calling customers whose payments have been declined and informing them of this.
- Communicating with customers on Whatsapp and text from a business line.
- General Office duties, filling etc.
- **£11.50 per hour**:
- Initially a 6-month Maternity Cover contract
- 25.5 hours a week working 9am - 2.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 9am - 12.30pm Wednesdays.
- 100% site based at our clients office, which is located in Harold Wood, Essex very close to the train station.
- You will need to have at least a minimum of 2 year’s commercial / office experience.
- Be a confident user of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Be able to work well in a small team, have a friendly disposition and an excellent telephone manner.
