Are you a highly creative film maker and photographer ready to create industry-leading content that’ll make a difference to the lives of seriously ill children and their families?This is a high-profile role at GOSH Charity that’ll allow you to work across a broad range of brand and fundraising campaigns and appeals. You’ll gather stories and create films that deliver maximum impact across a range of channels. To do this you’ll build relationships with patients, their families, and staff across the Charity and Hospital.**About the Team**

You’ll form part of a small, but mighty, Digital Content team that sits within the broader Digital Engagement team.- This role works widely across the charity and the hospital and has close relationships with Fundraising, Brand, Design and Marketing teams. You’ll also work closely and collaboratively with high-performing Social Media, Web and Digital Performance teams.**About**

You’re a strong storyteller with an eye for great content and bags of creativity. It’s essential that you’re sensitive and empathetic, with experience of gathering film content in highly sensitive situations. A key part of this role is working with patients with serious medical conditions and their families. You need to be able to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people in a many different scenarios. We’re looking for a natural problem solver and a generous collaborator.You will have solid technical experience and be able to shoot and edit independently in a range of scenarios. It’s a very busy team, so you must also be able to multitask and work to tight deadlines.Your role will be to lead the film and photography function and support teams across the organisation in their content creation whether interrogating briefs and transforming ideas into impactful films or sharing your expertise and offering advice and best practise.- Create and champion film content for a diverse range of audiences and channels
- Lead film and photography shoots, including shooting stills and in standard HD and 4K, acting as light and sound engineer, producing and directing where appropriate
- Sensitively and effectively manage relationships with patients and families, working with the Communications team. Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff
