**What we are looking for**
We are looking for dynamic and caring individuals who are big on promoting independence and ensuring that every task is driven by the customers' choice and completed with them, not for them.
You could be helping people with mental health problems, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, or people who would just like a bit of help. We support people from the ages of 18 years old right through to retirement and beyond.
**Job Specific to the Field Care Supervisor Role**
To bring innovation and quality to the care and support we provide as a service by identifying where we can:
- Regularly look at ways to raise standards and improve our practice to better support customers.
- Continuously look at the development of the situation and look for creative ways to improve the lives of the people we support.
- Heavily focus on quality improvement in all areas
- To provide leadership in the form of guidance and quality-driven ideas to all other care staff within the service and help field staff continuously improve in a positive and helpful way.
- To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the direction of the Manager
- To support staff to upskill and maintain knowledge within organisation and sector in accordance with agreed standards
- To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may, from time to time, be required to maintain practices as up to date
- Take part in extra tasks within the office such as care plans, note audits, reviews and MDT meetings.
- Attend a team meeting at the office once a month as required

**Requirements**:
- To be an honest, empathetic, hardworking, and trustworthy individual
- You will have a caring approach
- A full driving license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance are required
- Due to the location of our customers, we can only consider drivers for the position at this stage
- Currently have or be willing to work towards a minimum of Diploma(NVQ) Level 3
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
