I’m currently working with a well-established company, who are looking for an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure. As Head of IT Infrastructure, you'll understand Working with colleagues from around the world in realising consistent ways of working and corebusiness technologies. Also, a Head of IT Infrastructure will make sure distribution of tactical and deliberate plans and projects. It is important to Contribute to these plans. This is an amazing opportunity with a very competitive salary
**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Management of the Telephony, Network, Systems, Desktop disciplines
- Primary Enterprise Architecture Design and Implementation Projects - including, CCaaS Migration, Azure Migration, O365 Tenant Migration, Migration over the coming 12 Months
- Consolidating partnership relationships and driving increased value
- Supporting bids and new business in partnership with technical authority
- Reducing the cost of IT to TPUK and making sound, prioritised investment decisions

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- 7+ years of IT experience
- Telephony, ideally awareness of Avaya, Callmedia, NICE Call Recording, NICE CXOne and WFM and/or CCaaS platforms
- LAN/WAN, ideally Cisco and SD WAN
- Systems management - Microsoft Azure/O365, Virtualisation, Citrix VDI delivery
- Desktop support - Microsoft, Citrix VDI/HSD
- Transforming teams and individuals - Strong HR experience
- Leading Project Management and Technical Transformations
