My client, a niche luxury consumer business, is looking to take the next step in organic growth with launches of new products, show site expansion and seeking new markets to conquer. To help with this, they have created this role where you could play a pivotalrole in supporting both marketing activities and their talented sales team.

**Your role will involve**:

- Running, monitoring and updating the CRM system, supporting sales personnel to maximise the system’s effectiveness
- Recording sales leads on CRM and allocating to appropriate sales people
- Timely communication of upcoming promotions to sales team
- Assisting in streamlining marketing tools such as the quotation process, price lists and other marketing collateral for the sales team that results in top notch communications for customers
- Nurturing a close relationship with the sales team through internal communication both upward and downward through individual and team conversations.
- Having one eye on our competitor activity, the external environment and trends - reporting regularly to senior management
- Assisting in monitoring reviewing and evaluating performance against marketing objectives
- Provide support for external events as required
- Harvesting data from sales records, social media platforms and website dashboards to accurately report performance and statistics using Excel
- Overlooking, managing & monitoring all digital marketing agency’s daily performance on SEO and SEA activity
- Social Media management and execution strategy
- Managing all print advertising and paid online / offline opportunities
- Facilitating and implementing branding artwork, design and progressing the luxury brand in its continual evolution
- Experience withing sales/marketing in a retail/luxury market
- Open, friendly, optimistic character that builds relationships and gets things done within deadlines
- Previous use of CRM systems, a working knowledge of GDPR, advertising standards and guidelines
- A track record of working within budget and the ability to negotiate
