An opportunity has arisen for a passionate, friendly and enthusiastic individual to work as a Facilities Co-ordinator within Hotel Services.

The Facilities Co-ordinator will support the Assistant Managers in the delivery of efficient and effective operational services provided by Hotel Services, within the locality. Contributing to the achievement of Statutory Compliance within the area of responsibility.

In conjunction with peers, co-ordinates day to day activities of the supervisory team and operational staff within the department.

This post holder is a key member of the Facilities team and will be required to provide support in the development of service improvements and assist with, or undertake specific tasks/projects as required

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The Facilities Co-ordinator will support the Assistant Hotel Services Managers - Portering and Domestic Services, in the delivery of efficient and effective operational services across Wrexham and Flintshire. As a Facilities Co-ordinator you will work as part of the Operational Services Team to provide a clean, safe, supportive environment in which patients can recuperate.

You will be passionate and enthusiastic about patient care putting patients at the heart of everything you do. You will be working in a multi-professional team and will need to be able to think on the spot and be empathetic with your team. You will be passionate about our business, creating a culture of continuous improvement of services and our excellent standards.

This post involves shift work including late/early, week-ends and bank holidays. You will be required to work different varying shifts between the hours of 08:00 - 18:30.
