Ci Coordinator

A pioneering and rapidly expanding manufacturer of gluten free healthy snacks and bars is currently looking to recruit a highly organised and efficient CI Coordinator at its production facility in Corwen, Denbighshire.
Offering an attractive salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits including generous pension scheme, life assurance, plus free bus put on by the company between Wrexham, Oswestry, Llangollen and Corwen to help get to and from work.

**The Role**
As CI Coordinator you would be tasked with coordinating the continuous improvement plan across the company's Corwen and Wrexham production sites, making observations and recommendations based on CI programs and methodologies. Key responsibilities will include
- Delivering guidance, training and provide ongoing coaching to ensure best practice is consistently shared
- Updating and delivering KPIs, performance information and graphs as required and identify trends as they occur
- Managing the SOP process, submitting for management approval and progress chase to ensure timely completion
- Managing and finding new CI initiatives to drive improved performance
**About You**:

- Experience coordinating process / continuous improvement plans within fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean / Agile would be ideal however is not essential
- Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop relationships internally and externally
- Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under their own initiative are vital
