Social Media Responder

Full Time / 8 Month FTC
Hybrid / Working 3 days
per week at our Contact Centre in Hemel Hempstead - HP2 4YL

As a key member of our sales support team, your focus will be to provide a
first-class customer service experience through our social media and guest feedback
communication channels and platforms. Always aiming to provide a first-time
resolution ensuring a professional tone of voice with accurate responses and
feeding back to the business.
The shifts will include 4 week days and 1 weekend day and is an 8 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Remote contracts are available for those that live 35+ miles from our head office (HP2 4YL).

**Your Opportunity**:

- Accurately respond to customer inquiries through instant

messaging software delivering within department SLAs
- Utilise available resources to respond to customer inquiries

and recommend update changes to internal and external FAQs
- Support parks with social media reviews and feedback queries,

providing resolution for the guest or further escalation to guest relations
- A self-driven approach to problem solving, striving for a

first-time resolution within the business objectives and guidelines
- Have a detailed knowledge of the Haven Holidays product
- Support other areas of the business or tasks as required
