Reporting into the Manager, PR & Social Media, you will support Epson's PR and social media communications activities within the framework of Epson's Sales and Marketing objectives for EMEA. You will have the opportunity to really make your mark on a number of high-profile social media campaigns. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how it works, and isn't afraid to get under the bonnet of the latest trendsand analytics. You should ooze creativity but still be comfortable with reporting on metrics. The role is based at our sales and marketing office in Hemel Hempstead, UK. with the opportunity to work from home 3 days per week. **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist in planning and implementing social media and PR campaigns in EMEA as well as press office support where required - Work with in-market teams to localise centrally developed campaigns and content and to advise the local markets on how to implement them in the best possible way - Develop and maintain a calendar of content for local delivery in market - Manage social media tracking services and associated agencies ensuring accurate analysis and a high standard of reporting for all Epson Sales Companies across EMEA - Maintain close and collaborative relationships with the in-markets teams - Organise and attend internal and external meetings as appropriate - Compile and manage monthly reports for PR activity across EMEA - Consistently achieve deadlines and maintain first class administration **Knowledge, Skills & Experience**: - An excellent understanding of all aspects of social media management including content creation, amplification and reporting using a variety of industry tools such as Hootsuite and Brandwatch - A good working knowledge of social media analytical reporting including Facebook business manager etc - Excellent knowledge and experience of running multi-platform campaigns, in multiple markets - Excellent project management skills - First class working knowledge of key platforms that we use (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin), algorithms and understanding analytics of each one - A quick learner who is willing to learn about Epson's products and markets - A person with demonstrable drive and the ability to work internally and externally at all levels - An excellent writer with a full range of public relations skills including creative thinking, feature writing, and ability to prepare proposals - Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines - A self-starter with a "Can do" approach to problems, while maintaining exceptional high -quality control - A person who takes pride in their work, with an eye for detail - Has experience of working in an international environment - Ideally experienced in delivering PR and social media campaigns across a diverse geographical region, with multiple social media channels In return, we offer a competitive salary, a wide range of excellent benefits and lifestyle perks, modern offices with parking and a subsidised restaurant.
