**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads effectively.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to communicate persuasively over the phone.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, enabling efficient management of multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
