**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in in-house database
- Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for follow-up.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English is essential
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead generation strategies.

Monday - Friday, various hours available

*Strictly no Agencies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
