**Reporting to: Operations Manager**

**Hours: 7:15am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday | 7:15am - 3:15pm Friday**

**Main Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Point of contact for technical queries regarding our pressure washer, water pump & generator range which includes parts and accessories.
- Assisting with technical/ troubleshooting problems.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations placed onsite.
- Liaise with other departments, identifying opportunities or sharing appropriate information promptly and effectively.
- Using internal stock control system to effectively support customers and other departments.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with power products, small engine & electrical machinery and power product accessories.
- Computer literacy skills to include Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
- You must be technically minded and have a good eye for detail.
- A forward-thinking positive attitude.
