We have an exciting opportunity for TWO Assets and Contract Administrators to join our team and help make sure our homes remain quality, affordable properties that people are proud to live in. You’ll work as a team to update stock data to help inform reinvestment and future programming and planning. You’ll make sure the team holds reliable and up-to-date asset management information for the Group.

**Job requirements**
- Manage data relating to stock condition surveys and planned improvement works.
- Help the Group to deliver quality affordable homes by making sure they are in a condition customers would be proud to live in.
- Make sure that property information systems remain accurate and up to date. Including uploading new property information required through acquisition development.
- Work closely with the asset and systems manager and head of services to produce reports and financial forecasts to help with strategic decision making and key performance indicators.
- Maintain standard assessment procedure (SAP) performance data for all Staffs Housing’s properties.
- Administer payments to contractors for planned and day to day maintenance work through invoicing and payment certificates.
- Help quality building officers by arranging and producing site visits and follow up with information to the required departments.
- Support the quality building officers in maintaining and delivering planned maintenance.
- Provide contractor support by communicating with both internal and external customers on expected dates.
- Support the asset and systems manager in the further development, implementation, and maintenance of the asset management database.

**What we’re looking for**
- A relevant qualification or working towards a construction or surveying qualification is desirable.
- Excellent IT and data management skills, able to use systems for recording information and managing workload.
- Experience of maintaining property databases working in a housing or property environment.
- Good numeracy skills, with the ability to problem solve and make analytical decisions.
- To be open, honest and respectful. While being flexible and adaptable and someone who takes ownership and follows through to completion.
- A positive DBS check.
