Business Development Manager - Security
UK based with occasional travel to London
£45,000 - £55,000 + Car/Allowance + OTE
A Leading Global brand in the Facilities Management sector are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in Security. This is a national role, where you will be based from home but with regular travel expected to customer sites and occasionaltravel to the London office.
The business are huge global players in the industry with over 40,000 staff across 30+ countries, the role will see you liaise with clients to win tenders in Security, mainly manned guarding and to support on large IFS bids. You will work closely with the bidteam to draw up costings and pricing quotations for the client to confirm, whilst reporting into the Infrastructure team but provide resource across all teams as a security expert on bids. You will need to be a team player and be comfortable working as partof a team to deliver complex bids and tenders.
- Strong security experience, mainly manned guarding.
- Able to support on large IFS bids.
- Strong communicator to manage internal and external relationships.
- Work well in a large team.
- Proven track record in a sales role such as, BDM, Business Development or similar.
