**Duties/Responsibilities**:
EMCOR UK are recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator to join our onsite team at Lingley Mere.
The main focus of the role is to provide administrative support in the organisation and management of health and safety records/documentation for the account. The coordinator role will be the first point of contact for obtaining, referencing, and filing information.
- Responsible for obtaining and managing CDM project information.
- Tracking of project information to ensure statutory compliance.
- Updating and referencing project information for publication to client.
- Supporting team in the coordination, distribution, and monitoring of the client’s safety reporting system to ensure all identified actions are closed out in a timely manner.
- Assisting with review, changes, and submission of site-specific documents onto the central IMS system to ensure compliance.
- Monitoring to ensure the close out of corrective actions raised from internal/external audits, incident reports and accidents.
- Monitoring of safety observations and incident reporting, including monthly trend analysis.
- Review and maintenance of local COSHH materials management database.
- Co-ordination of training matrix, planned training and maintenance of training records.
