**Uniserve** is seeking a dynamic and meticulous **European Operator** to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for customer care, this role is perfect for you

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Utilise One World as the primary operating system.
- Understand and implement accounting and financial processes.
- Engage in effective negotiation, uphold contractual conduct, and exhibit commercial awareness.
- Deliver outstanding customer care, managing client expectations efficiently.
- Practice excellent time management.
- Monitor new and lost clients weekly, providing updates to supervisors and management.
- Allocate estimates for expected costs and ensure timely invoicing within one week of dispatch or arrival.
- Verify accurate costing and charging of all files.
- Promote Uniserve's European services to clients and prospects.
- Ensure compliance with customs clearance processes and follow importers/exporters' instructions.
- Collect duties and taxes payable immediately before delivery.
- Maintain and follow all compliance standards.
- Ensure accurate data entry in One World and Multi Freight for shipments, addresses, and other information.

**Essential Skills**:

- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills when dealing with customers suppliers and hauliers.
- Customs clearance knowledge
- Previous experience in European operators role.
