You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Pan-European surface transport services. You will liaise with key partners, carriers, and clients, ensuring seamless execution of operations in line with Uniserve’s procedures and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Excellence**: Manage and execute assigned jobs, utilising our systems, particularly One World and Multi Freight, to optimise efficiency.
- **Client Focus**: Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively manage client expectations, and identify opportunities for growth.
- **Commercial Acumen**: Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure profitability on each job.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular reports, analyse performance metrics, and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to achieve shared goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven European Operations experience
- Groupage/FTL experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using IT systems, including One World and Multi Freight
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
