WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Content Associate will be critical to the success of our CX Certifications & Community business by supporting the design and development of the full suite of certification offerings and learner experience.

This person will collaborate with internal Bain CX stakeholders and external Bain CX clients to co-create best-in-class content that will enable superior learner outcomes. They will also own the generation of this content into a digital product, working closely with designers and product teams to create a highly interactive and impactful learner experience. This person will report into the Sr. Manager, Operations & Content.

This role is best suited for someone looking to build exciting and cutting-edge digital products from scratch, and where they’ll be able to flex their creative muscle and project manage in diverse cross-functional teams. This person will join a small, but very fast-growing and innovative start-up team at the brink of delivering transformational customer experience solutions.

Content Design & Development
- Support end-to-end design of multiple CX courses and subsequent certification (learner outcomes, delivery formats, mechanisms to assess understanding, etc.)
- Build core content needed to deliver on the learning objectives including assessments, quizzes, assignments to validate understanding
- Test and learn the relevancy and applicability of concepts with external stakeholders, and iterate
- Own the conversion of content into a sophisticated a digital learning solution, working closely with designers and Learning & Development experts
- Project manage the process with designers to transform the curriculum and content into a digital learning product
- Collaborate with Learning & Development experts to create high quality and interactive learning content
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform content development
- Stay on top of the latest trends in CX and learning design to ensure the content and learner experience we deliver stays ahead of the curve. Leverage continuous feedback to update core content, where necessary
- Support the Bain CX Product team to investigate and identify latest gamification tools, AI functionalities and best practices that can enable a hyper-personalized, engaging, and impactful learning experience
- Ensure content integrity is preserved on the learning platform, on an ongoing basis

ABOUT YOU
- Prior experience in editorial, learning & development and/or content creation
- Passionate about content quality, accuracy, and bringing content to life. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills to drive information gathering and design meetings
- A strong team player. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and offshore development resources
- Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, effective time management, conflict resolution, and risk identification and mitigation
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with remote teammates
- English proficiency
- BA / BS degree required

PREFERRED
- Successful start-up experience
- Prior work in the Customer Experience field
- Prior experience working with learning providers/platforms
