About The Business
We're delighted to be working exclusively with a national eCommerce/Retail business located in Avonmouth. This £16m t/o SME has a fantastic company culture with excellent staff retention across the organisation, with the business recently undertaking an exciting transformation which has reshaped their Operations (for example, the implementation of a new ERP) to become more in-tune with market demands.
The business encourages flexibility, requiring staff on site no more than 2 days per week. Parking is also available.

About The Role
Our client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team in what is effectively a newly-created position. This role will work closely with the Head of Finance to roll out improvement/efficiency programmes across the organisation, as well as being involved in some day to day tasks, with the purpose of helping the business continue its recent growth.

You will also working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders of the company to get the most from the ERP regarding reports and insights to current pricing, KPIs, business overheads and stock/inventory (to name a few), lending a head to the development of budgets and forecasts.
The Finance Business Partner will also be involved in the statutory reporting of the organisation, staying close to the Finance Manager (who manages the wider finance team) in the month end and year end cycles.

We're looking for someone with excellent soft skills, capable of building trusted relationships with their colleagues and peers, providing financial clarity to their areas of interest.
A seasoned accountant, likely QBE, will adjust to the company culture and bring well rounded accounting skills and a keen eye for detail... especially savvy with systems/ERPs as you look to get the most out of true financial insights and reports.
