**Finance Business Partner**

T2M resourcing are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a major group. As Finance Business Partner you will report to the Head of Finance with responsibility for a multi-site division. This is an ideal opportunity to really make your mark in the business and in return our client offers a competitive salary £55,000 plus car allowance (£5,200) + Bonus (up to 20%) + Benefits Package and the genuine opportunity for career progression.

**Your challenge**

This is a fast-moving business, and we seek a qualified accountant who thrives in an environment where you will be directly supporting the business operations (Finance Business Partnering) to achieve the budgeted profit for each location and as a region. You will need to be able to deliver monthly financial results and analysis to non-finance management, get involved in contract pricing negotiations with customers and produce the annual budget with regular reforecasts. Whilst accounts preparation and finance transaction processes are managed by a central shared services finance team, this is very much a “hands on” role where you will fully utilise your technical accounting skills and commercial acumen to the full.

**What are we looking for?**
- You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience of working in a similar capacity in a multi site environment is essential
- **Proven track record of contract negotiations, pricing, bids and tenders is essentia**l
- Strong educational background ideally educated to Degree level.
- Possess strong financial reporting and analysis skills with the ability to quickly identify issues / variances and resolve them.
- Previous experience (post qualification) of working as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar role where you have supported (and challenged) the operation business management team. The ability to present financial information in a way that non-finance managers will understand is essential
- Be confident presenting information at regional management meetings and to attend customer meetings and be actively involved in pricing negotiation
- You need to be a self-starter who can work both independently as part of a team in a corporate environment
