Job DescriptionFinance Business Partner | Media | £55,000 to £60,000 | Bristol – HybridGoodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global, PE-backed Media business who are looking to hire into their Bristol based Commercial finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded commercial/FP&A professional to step into a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the business through an exciting period of growth.With significant private equity backing, the company is scaling quickly across the UK and internationally. Finance is seen as a key partner in driving performance, with the team at the heart of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and supporting investment decisions.The RoleThis position will suit someone who wants to go beyond “just the numbers” and really get under the skin of how the business operates. You’ll be providing financial analysis and insight to department heads, supporting decision-making, and helping to drive profitability. Alongside core FP&A responsibilities, you’ll also have the chance to contribute to ongoing finance transformation and improvement projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processesBuild and maintain financial models to support analysis and decision-makingPartner with non-finance stakeholders, helping them understand performance and manage budgets effectivelyProvide analysis for ad hoc commercial projects, scenario planning, and performance reviewsWhat We’re Looking ForQualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA), ideally audit trainedStrong FP&A / commercial finance experienceAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsConfident communicator, able to work with non-finance stakeholders and build strong relationshipsProactive and commercially minded with a genuine interest in the media sectorWhat’s on OfferHybrid working (2 in 3 at home - offices in Bristol)High-growth, international media business with a collaborative, sociable cultureOpportunity to join a PE-backed business where finance plays a central role in driving performanceFinance Business Partner | Media | £55,000 to £60,000 | Bristol – Hybrid
