**HOME** is the sole in-house partner for 35 residential towers across Manchester City Centre. We take considerable care in delivering a suite of exclusive services that include Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Minibar, Dog Walking, Housekeeping —all performed by our dedicated team, ensuring the highest quality and integrity.
We are seeking a talented, organized Resident Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with a view to transition into full-time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and manage incoming calls; respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain meticulous financial, employee, and client records.
- Draft and dispatch customer correspondences.
- Organise and coordinate schedules and make comprehensive travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to different departments
- Embrace additional responsibilities as required to support the evolving needs of the organization.
**Duties**
As a Resident Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining high standards of service.
Your duties will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling laundry, housekeeping etc. services for customers
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilising CleanCloud, Breezeway and other computerized systems to organize and manage information.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Providing support to other team members as needed.
**Skills**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices.
- Experience with CleanCloud and Breezeway is a plus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12 - £13 per hour
