Hire Desk Administrator

**We currently have a vacancy in our new South Molton depot for a full time Hire Desk Controller.**
Reporting to the depot manager this customer facing role is responsible for all customer enquiries and raising contracts via our bespoke computer system. Duties will include:
- Dealing with the day to day running of the hire desk
- Dealing with all bookings and customer queries pre operation
- Overseeing all paperwork procedures for the depot
- Planning works ahead of time giving the operations team as much notice as possible
- Responding to any quotes that’s been requested
- Supporting the depot manager with the financial aspects of the depot
