Newcastle & Stafford Colleges Group is financially one of the strongest of its kind in the country with very high success rates, amongst the top 10% nationally.
The group is currently home to a population of over 5,000 full-time students and around 620 students on higher education programmes. We have over 2,000 part-time or adult learners and 2,000 apprentices where we work with over 800 individual employers.
This role would be ideal for you if you are a customer focused individual with a strong interest and experience in the educational environment. The purpose is to provide a friendly and efficient operation of the front of house service to students, membersof staff, and the general public.
**The main duties of the post holder are**:
- To meet and greet visitors to the College, providing a friendly and efficient front of house service
- To provide information, advice and guidance to potential learners over the telephone and in person
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Is educated to level 3 standard together with a customer services or business administration qualification
- Is pro-active and enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative
- Possesses excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
