**Purpose of job**
The HRIS Coordinator provides detailed functional support, including data entry and documentation, of HR systems processes and reports; support and completion of Firm surveys; assistance with system and regulatory tax updates and statutory updates. This position works with all HR functional areas in new implementation of processes and procedures through utilization of PeopleSoft and/or viDesktop and various development and reporting tools. The role assists with the processing of bonuses, merit increases, provides system and function problem resolution, training and ad-hoc reporting.

This position will provide the necessary functional and technical supported needed in the HR Systems team, and would be especially beneficial in the London office to help support the other HR Systems role.
**Key responsibilities**
- Provides support for the Payroll and Professional Resources groups analyzing needs and resolving issues.
- Provides required data and analysis for various Firm compensation and salary surveys
- Assists in projects to streamline processes and decrease manual efforts where applicable.
- Uses PS Query, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services and Excel for ad-hoc reporting.
- Completes assigned projects in a timely manner, within set project resources.
- Ensures mínimal disruption of system by coordination, testing and auditing before changes are implemented.
- Provides functional guidance to team members, staff and users.
- Keeps management informed of project progress and problems, as needed, particularly related to schedule, progress, or product.
- Ensures data integrity.
- Supports the setup and implementation of annual staff performance appraisals.
- Administration and support of HR systems, including but not limited to the on-boarding and content management systems.
**Key relationships**
The team sits within the wider global HR department that includes dedicated Business Partnering teams, and Centres of Excellence (Reward, Benefits & Systems, Resourcing, I&D, L&D, CR, Policies & Projects).
**Experience and knowledge**
- Knowledge of GDPR and employment legislation
- Ability to represent and promote the Firm in a positive manner.
- Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated follow-up skills and good judgment.
- Ability to deal with pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to deal professionally and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients on all levels.
- Proven project planning and development skills and the ability to prioritize end user requests.
- Knowledge in using PS Query (SQL), Excel and MS Access.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data and data structures to ensure the highest level of accuracy to data, information and report requests.
- Ability to manage projects by developing project plans, setting benchmarks, effectively communicating with appropriate individuals and meeting deadlines.
- Proven analytical ability, training and technical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
