Sales Negotiator

**Overview of the Role**
We are looking for the right individual to join our growing team. It's vital you share our passion for property and a natural ability to develop trusted advisor, peer-to-peer relationships with our clients, maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for leveraging our leading edge technologies to identify new clients and build strong customer relationships from initial engagement, through to successful completion of sale.
**Pre requisites for the role include**
- Excellent communication skills
- Approachable / Empathetic / Confidence
- A UK driving license
Level-3 estate agency qualifications preferred but not essential, (support can be provided to compete).

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
