**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to focus on placing mid to senior sales professionals within the engineering/technical markets globally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing Mercury Hampton’s comprehensive service offerings, from behavioural profiling to performance solutions.
- Building and developing relationships with decision-makers, likely Sales Directors and Managing Directors and HR Leaders within the engineering and technical markets.
- Using cutting-edge technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Overseeing a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
**What We're Looking For**:
- A consultative, solution-driven approach to client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate at senior level.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and committed to excellence.
- Strong understanding of business structures and operations.
- Self-motivated with solid all-around recruitment skills.

- Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 - £100,000).
