**The Role**

Do you want to help support people into meaningful employment opportunities? Do you have an eye for detail? Do you have experience working in a recruitment or career support environment?

We are looking for someone to join our Employment Support team to support in the day to day administrative and learner facing tasks. This role will involve close attention to detail, a desire to support a diverse community of learners into positive outcomes, and a willingness to trial creative solutions in an exciting period of growth for the company.

**Responsibilities**
- To coordinate employment enhancing activities such as workshops and networking events, relevant posts and resources.
- To support audit and funding requirements through meticulous data management, inputting and updating learner data across our systems to track learner progress beyond the programmes from interview to job outcomes.
- To work with the Employer Engagement Manager and Talent Solutions Partner to help match learner skills to employer needs on demand.
- Work with the immediate and wider team to generate new ideas, share best practice and contribute to growth within the company.
- To help resolve learner queries in a fast, friendly manner.
- From time to time you may be required to support with tasks and duties outside of the main responsibilities listed here.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
