The Role

As a Junior Visualisations Executive, you will help create and maintain dashboards and reports that bring data to life for our clients. You'll support the team in preparing visual outputs, building charts, and ensuring dashboards are accurate, accessible, and insightful. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in data visualisation within a research and insight environment.

The position is working from home; however, ideally, we would like you to be based within a few hours' drive of one of our hubs in Yorkshire (YO1), North Devon (EX36) or the West Midlands (B40).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update dashboards for client projects.
  • Create charts, tables, and visual outputs based on survey data.
  • Support quality checks to ensure dashboards are accurate.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time.
  • Assist in maintaining visualisation templates and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with best practices in data visualisation and user experience.

Skills & Experience

Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using dashboards, charts, or reporting tools.
  • Interest in data visualisation and presenting information clearly.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop visualisation skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Forsta Visualisations, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of survey data or research principles.
  • A good sense of visual aesthetics or any experience with graphical tools is a plus.
  • A degree is welcome but not essential - we're more interested in your creativity, curiosity, and interest in visual storytelling.
