**The role**:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate CPD payment processes, monitor fund balances and conduct periodic reconciliation to maintain compliance.
- To serve as primary contact for Trust representatives and Health Faculty maintaining strong relationships and keeping all stakeholders informed on fund availability and CPD progress.
- Provide advice and guidance on student financial awards policy and CPD processes.
- Develop, review and maintain documentation on student financial awards and CPD, including Standard Operating Procedures, guidance manuals for staff and applicants, faculty reference materials, best practice notes and correspondence templates.
- Develop and deliver training for the team on system use, internal processes and procedures relating to the administration of student financial awards and CPD.
- Process requests for the creation, roll-over, re-award and closure of student financial awards.
- Issue effective and efficient payments to students and updates to payments to reflect changes in student circumstances. Monitor payments to ensuring awards are within budget.
- Maintain records and report on the number, value and funding source of student financial awards.
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants and internal and external clients and partners at all times.
- Work with the Management team and other Admissions Coordinators to assign tasks and responsibilities to individual team members taking due account of their particular strengths and skills and the need to balance workload across the team.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. Propose and implement appropriate improvements to working methods, policies and procedures; participate in projects to deliver improvements and enhance the applicant-student journey.
- Engage effectively with the technology deployed in the Admissions service, provide input into the processes and procedures that guide its use, and make recommendations for any improvements.
- Participate in open days/applicant days/visit days/open evenings.
- Support other parts of the Admissions service and provide cover as needed to ensure applicants and enquirers always receive excellent customer service.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade as directed.
