**Job Description**:
The Enablement Consultant role is part of overall Enablement team and will play a critical role to educate and enable Customers, Accountants and Business Partners ensuring maximum value from the Sage Product range. Engagements may be based on set-up, migration, expansion, learning and best-practice to ensure that value is realised, and adoption and usage of product is fast with strong ROI. Most of the work will be delivered by remote technologies, some very occasional travel may be required. The role requires expertise in Sage products, the ability to present, engage and influence and an excellent understanding of the processes and workflows of small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Combine best-in-class product knowledge, with small business expertise to deliver expert enablement services
- Engaging delivery, using remote web-based technologies, to individual and multiple delegates
- Analyse business processes and make recommendations for improvement as the SME.
- Expertise to implement, migrate, guide, and enable on Sage software products into businesses and accountants.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery through smart planning and execution
- Work in harmony with Customer Success function to deliver best experiences that are ARR focussed
- Creation of content used before and after customer engagements
- Provide invaluable insight to the business to support future development of software.
- Generate the required level of sales recommendations to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure product knowledge is accurate and up to date at all times
- Provide presales support by working closely with our sales teams to understand and define key business drivers and requirements
