Imagine starting your day working with a creative agency to design a vibrant new campaign for one of our latest Shared Ownership developments. By midday, you’re deep into analytics, optimising a social media ad for Shared Ownership and in the afternoon, you’re briefing a photographer for an upcoming show home launch.

As a Marketing Executive at Peabody, every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, creating campaigns that attract the right customers and position Peabody New Homes as a leader in the market. From developing strategies and content to managing media campaigns and events, your role will cover everything needed to bring our vision to life.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Digital, Creative and PR teams, ensuring all marketing aligns with business goals and customer needs. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help turn great ideas into successful, multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads. You’ll be required to work in the Westminster Bridge Office two days a week.

You’re passionate about marketing and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact. You love a fast-paced environment where you can put your creativity and strategic thinking to work. Whether it’s crafting a new marketing strategy, analysing campaign performance, or collaborating with external agencies, you’re always focused on delivering exceptional results.

**This is a full-time, fixed term contract until 24th October 2025.**

**Could it be you?**

To be a success in this role, you’re:

- experienced with previous marketing and campaign management experience in a B2C sales environment with a proven track record of delivering against targets, ideally within the New Homes property sector
- educated to degree level or have equivalent experience in a Marketing
- experienced with a proven track record of delivering events and project management, within budget
