An excellent opportunity has arisen for Solicitor or Legal Executive to join this Legal 500 accredited firm with multiple offices and a strong presence across the Surrey and London area.

You will have excellent technical skills and able to manage a diverse caseload with mínimal supervision. You will have excellent interpersonal skills across all levels. You will be commercially aware with and enthusiasm for / experience of business developmentto help the team in continuing the growth of this department.

**Duties will include**:

- Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion
- Drafting and approving various legal documentation
- Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system
- Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with
- Conduct legal research where appropriate
- Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice
- Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis
