An extremely large and leading firm are recruiting for a plot conveyancer to join their residential development team in Guildford. The firm have a huge international reach with roughly 400 solicitors across several continents. They have been subject toa variety of awards, such as Law Firm of the Year whilst frequently featuring in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners directories. For these reasons, the firm is renowned across the Country and working in a firm of such a calibre is an excellent careermove for any lawyer. The plot sales team has over 135 experts working exclusively for housing developers. In each of the firm's hubs, the plot sales teams handle over 4000 plot sales a year. The residential development department is known as one of the leadingin the UK, and so being part of it will offer unrivalled experience. The role will see you taking full autonomy for your own plot conveyancing caseload with the assistance of a case management system. You will hit the ground running as a part of the marketleading and fast-paced team. The role is very much client facing, and will involve you working with the firm's established client base of recognised national and regional housebuilders, as well as networking to generate your own business. The role offers hybridworking opportunities, and you will only be expected in the Guildford office once or twice per week. To be successful in your application, you will: - Be a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or chartered legal executive. - Have experience in residentialproperty. - Be enthusiastic with great communication skills.
