Dr Rasha Clinic, an established aesthetic clinic based in Knightsbridge, is seeking an experienced Treatment Sales Coordinator who is dedicated and a highly motivated professional to join our ever-growing team.

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for all the clinic leads and enquiries the treatment coordinator will be the first point of contact for all patient enquires and responsible for converting new patient leads in to booked appointments. You must be successful at converting, upselling and cross selling treatments and products, to maximise patient bookings. You must be familiar working in an environment that has set KPI's and targets, of which, you will have self-drive and self-motivation to hit or exceed.

**Duties will include.**
- Converting new patient enquiries to booked appointments.
- Contacting patients to discuss treatments and offers.
- Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Front of house and clinic administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales-based role within an aesthetic clinic or similar environment
- Confident in upselling and cross referrals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Used to hitting KPIs, sales goals and targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Be able to cover front of house duties when required.
- Arabic speaking applicants will be considered a strong bonus but is not an essential requirement.
- Please note this role will include working every weekend.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
