Our client a leader within the Financial Technology industry require a Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience with the skills listed below. This role is hybrid working with 1-2 days a week in the London office. Ideally coming from aFintech, Retail Bank or Software Vendor company

About the role

Your role is to work with the client to: 1. Define the business requirements and process changes, build business focused system configuration

2. Support them through test, go-live and warranty project phases. Internally, our roles are aligned across the Group to ensure consistency and to make sure everyone is clear of their role and its responsibilities. As a Business Analyst, your mission isto collaborate with the client through the project lifecycle in cross-functional teams. This involves:

- Clearly articulating the features and benefits of our product
- Understanding our clients’ requirements through product workshops
- Advising the client on software and process changes required to deliver business outcomes
- Designing, building, documenting and testing the product configuration
- Analysing issues and problem solving
- Supporting the client through training and model office activities
- Working with the client through delivery, go-live, warranty and support
- Alongside your client-facing role, you will play an active part in developing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business by improving our delivery processes, training and knowledge using the latest industry tools and techniques
