The Payroll Specialist is an integral part of the finance team and needs to have experience with full-cycle payroll processing including submission of all local declarations in a timely manner. This position will be processing payroll for international entitiesincluding but not limited to, UK, France, Germany and Australia. The position requires the individual to have strong payroll knowledge across EMEA and International regions and the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritise work, demonstrate accountability,and meet important deadlines.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing of end to end monthly payroll.
- Responding to employees payroll related queries
- Working with HR to ensure all necessary data has been acquired for payroll
- Liaising with third party payroll providers and authorities on payroll related items.
- Liaising with local authorities regarding absences (maternity, paternity, sickness)
- Prepare ad hoc reports for stakeholders across the business.
- Keeping up to date with local requirements including but not limited to; employee taxes, pensions and benefits
- Managing the stock option process
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- MUST be a fluent French speaker
- Experience in end-to-end payroll
- Experience with French payroll
