Belgium Payroll Experience Essential

My Client a Market leader, currently have an opportunity to recruit for a Belgium Payroll Specialist to join them on a 9-12-month basis.

This role will report to the Payroll Manager and will sit within the Payroll team.

Responsibilities include but will be limited to:

- Liaising with the local payroll vendor in Belgium. (300 employees)
- Calculate payments from gross to net including statutory payments and Benefits.
- Liaise with 3rd party providers
- Assist in the streamlining of payroll processes
- Liaise with senior leadership team regarding payroll queries & deadlines

Experience required:

- Experience of Belgium payroll processing
- Exposure to liaising with 3rd party providers
- Cloud pay exposure is desirable
- Strong work ethic, team player & good communication
