Hybrid Working - Reporting to Closest Rentokil Office
FIXED TERM 12 MONTH CONTRACT
Salary £20-22,000 DOE

**You Will**:
- Manage and maintain new supplier & subcontractor process, liaising with relevant departments during set up and tracking the process from start to finish
- Navision administration, using the NAV Portal & Citrix systems (PIML)
- Blanket POs - raise, monitor & receipt throughout the year
- Trade cards - order, monitor, set limits, cancel cards & review all H&S purchases
- Prepare & send weekly report of inventory exceptions, amount and receipt to users
- Day-to-day management of NAV and all it entails - catalogue management, new users and user management, training new users in the Portal system
- Manage aged debt with key suppliers that are high risk or impacting the business, managing invoicing/PO process, checking off hires and monthly calls with the suppliers to keep on top of issues before they arise
- Supporting the operation with service issues and complaints, liaising with suppliers and tracking service where applicable
- Identify & implement process changes within Supplier Support to create efficiencies
- Raising ad-hoc POs across all businesses when required i.e. travel, Amazon, etc.
- Follow up unprocessable invoice report weekly (approx. 40 invoices), obtain POs so AP can process
- RIS Administration
- Deliver all ad-hoc assignments as they arise
**Requirements**:
- Intermediate skills in Excel / Sheets
- Capable of managing multiple and changing priorities. Must have highly developed time management skills and demonstrate personal initiative
- Highly organised with a methodical and structured approach coupled with well
- developed problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good listening skills
- Self-sufficient and capable of working under own initiative with minimum guidance
- High degree of reliability, personal integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work in a highly professional manner with management of the company
- Ability to work from home comfortably for majority of working days, with access to travel into the closest RI branch 4x days per calendar month
