**HR Administrator**
Based full time at Haydock - Hybrid working considered.

**Who are MPAAS?**

MPAAS are an accredited Meter Operator and Meter Asset Manager which means that not only do we own the smart meter asset, but we can fit the smart meter on behalf of your energy supplier. This makes us the face of the energy supplier; the ones who visit your home or business and our qualified Dual Fuel Meter Installers undertake the installation.

In addition to this we also undertake revenue protection work for our energy suppliers. That’s why we pride ourselves in delivering first class customer service to all of our consumers. From the point of booking through to installation our personalised consumer journey keeps everyone informed every step of the way.

**Summary of the role**

Providing administration support to the HR Team on matters covering the full employee life cycle. Your overarching key responsibilities - New Starter Administration - producing contracts of employment, updating Natural HR, liaising with payroll, ensuring all new starter paperwork is signed and in place
- Benefits administration - keeping the Vitality and Life Assurance portals up to date and managing the holiday buy and sell process
- Leavers Administration - producing confirmation of resignation letters, updating Natural HR, liaising with payroll, debt recovery process
- Updating reports to the business - starter/leavers, holiday balances
- Providing support to the HR or management team, by producing letters, typing minutes, attending meetings as HR representative
- There will on occasion be some administrative work to undertake for Pozitive Energy
- Along with any other duties as required given the changing nature of the business.

**Where you will fit in the Company**

You will be part of the HR Team and reporting to the Group Head of HR.

**What we are ideally looking for in you**
- We would ideally like you to have some Energy Industry experience.
- Have undertaken a previous role that involved a variety of administration tasks and dealing different priorities from a variety of managers.
- Knowledge of working within an HR or Recruitment function would be beneficial.
- Prepared to undertake CIPD qualification which will be financially supported by the Company. Other personal attributes that we would like you to have
- Confidence to speak up when needed and to hold a difficult conversation (support from the team will be provided)
- Being organised and being able to push back
- A keen eye for detail
- Capable of prioritising your varied workload
