**Salary**: £22,542 per annum - Option to join our ‘out of hours’ standby roster for enhanced month pay which could earn you an additional monthly £200 plus £25 per emergency call.
Start Date: Tuesday 18th March 2025
Location: Hybrid working between our Dearne Valley office and home.
Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week.
Shifts - Working Monday to Sunday - 5 days out of 7. Shifts are rotational and will be between 7am and 10:30pm.

As part of our Southern Water Team, you will support customers with a wide range of high priority enquires. Customers may be experiencing instances of no water, a drop in pressure or in extreme circumstances, flooding in their homes. You will be the person they turn to in their hour of need.

**What you’ll be doing?**
- Helping customers over the phone who have an emergency with their water supply
- Taking ownership of enquiries & valuing each customer
- Creating a positive experience for both customer and client
- Making a real difference to people’s lives

- Excellent communication skills, understanding the needs of customers
- A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to suit different callers
- A genuine passion to help people in difficult circumstances
- The ability to problem solve and offer expert solutions
- An agile attitude to work and those keen to learn new processes and technologies.
