We’re looking for a **Warehouse Team Leader **to join us on our Matches Fashion contract, at our Park Royal site. You will lead a high performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, who like you, want to deliver results.

This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 7 shift’ pattern, rotating weekly between the hours of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00. However, flexibility is required, this is logistics after all

**Pay, benefits and more**:
You’ll be paid a salary of up to **£28,000** per annum. You’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Lead a team of warehouse operatives, co-ordinating their activities to meet set objectives and take charge in the absence of the First Line Manager
- Assist management in the allocation of work on a daily basis and offer colleagues support and guidance as necessary
- Take responsibility for Health & Safety and lead by example in order to ensure consistent compliance
- Support the management team with projects and initiatives, also actively supporting the site engagement and community strategy

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
