Our client are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join a growing team and report to the Operation Manager.
You must have a hand's on approach, be confident and passionate for ensuring organisation, service and management delivery are achieved
Self-driven and able to motivate a team to the highest productivity level
Computer literate, administrative and well rounded knowledge on Microsoft Office packages
Hard working, problem solver and keen to meet deadlines
Your role will be:
To manage, operate and organise within the Warehouse
To ensure compliance and all aspects of the Health and Safety at Work capacity are adhered to
To ensure paperwork & data entry is clear and concise when administering stock control
To operate commercial vehicles in a safe and reliable manner
To ensure the quality objectives and deadlines are met
To manage and mentor staff to achieve their goals
To ensure all quality objectives and deadlines are met
To control the movement of all within the warehouse, using the approved mechanical handling equipment
To ensure all safety equipment is maintained to the highest standard
To maintain general housekeeping
To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management
