Our client is currently recruiting on a permanent basis for a Warehouse Team Leader to work in their facility on Deeside Industrial Estate. The site has considerable investment in the coming 12 months and as a result they are recruiting on a permanent basisto join their friendly and long standing team.

**Warehouse Team Leader Duties -**
- Support and lead the warehouse team to ensure the production & logistics operation runs smoothly and efficiently by using Continuous Improvement techniques
- Managing stock levels, efficiently rotating stock in the warehouse through to production and packing customer orders accurately
- Working closely with Operations manager and Production planner to ensure requirements are met
- Maintaining Quality, Health and Safety standards at all times
- Ensuring documentation and systems are kept up to date and accurate

**Warehouse Team Leader Skills/Experience -**
- Experience within a similar senior warehouse role
- Computer confident - experienced using MRP systems
- High attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude to work
- You must be able to pass a DBS check to work in the Aerospace Industry

**In Return For Your Skills And Experience-**
- Starting salary of between £23,000PA - £25,000PA with full training and room to develop with transparent pay bands to be moved up through
- Annual Bonus at £1000 dependent on site performance
- Standard holidays at (25+8) 33 days p/a with the option to sell a week or buy an additional week
