Credit Control Team Leader

**About the role**

A vacancy has arisen within Booker for a Team Leader.
Duties to include working closely with Accounts Receivable Manager to provide first line support to ensure the smooth running of the department.High priority and focus given to minimising bad debt to the business, ensuring all funds received are allocatedon a daily basis.Monitoring team performance in Credit Control and Sales Ledger to ensure deadlines are met, you will be responsible for ensuring aged debt is kept to a minimum.Providing daily/weekly excel reporting to Senior Management is an integralrequirement of this role.

**Role Responsibility**

**You will need**


Fully experienced in all aspects of Credit Control,you will need to be
- task focused and have an excellent attention for detail
- Working within a team which places high value on Customer Service you will need to have strong communication skills
- and the ability to work with empathy and understanding when speaking with customers who are experiencing financial difficulty.
- Excellent excel skills are imperative in this role, as all reporting is excel based.
- You will be able to demonstrate resilience and excellent team management experience.
