In recognition of this challenge we are introducing three brand new Recruitment Partner posts. Each post will be aligned with a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and will be responsible for providing expertise, advice and support to deliver recruitment strategies to meet their staffing needs

You will be part of the wider People and OD team which has a welcoming culture and made up of brilliant individuals who will support you to succeed.

You will be based in our recently refurbished offices in Hatfield, but some travel will be required to our other various sites for meetings and recruitment events. You will also be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to enable you to WFH.

This role also attracts High Cost Allowance, paid at 5% of salary with a minimum payment of £1,066 and maximum £1,845 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
