At Ocado Retail we are passionate about attracting and developing talented people at all levels in our business. The role of Early Careers Talent Partner is critical to ensuring we build and nurture a pipeline of entry level talent who will be our retail leaders of the future.

The Early Careers Talent Partner will be responsible for attracting, hiring and developing Graduate level and talented early-career professionals across a range of specialisms at our Head Office in Hatfield. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to own the full breadth of the early career development from attraction right through to development, build relationships and understanding across the whole of our business and grow skills in innovative programme design and management.

**What you’ll do**
- **Attraction, assessment and onboarding** - Refine and execute a comprehensive early careers recruitment strategy. This includes the planning and management of assessment centres for our Graduate and Apprenticeship schemes and planning their welcome into ORL.
- ** Programme Development and Facilitation** - Work closely with heads of department and L&D specialists to design and facilitate development programmes and initiatives that build retail skills for the future. This is broader than just Graduate schemes and includes development programmes for emerging leaders in the first few years of their careers with us.
- ** Engagement and Retention** - Foster an inclusive environment that encourages personal growth, performance and development. Continually track engagement, retention and performance of our early years talent to monitor effectiveness and make continuous improvements. Work in partnership with the People Partners to share data, action plan improvements and support colleagues as they roll off our schemes.
- ** Stakeholder engagement** - Build strong internal relationships with senior managers to understand their talent needs and ensure this is taken into our early years strategy. Be the main point of contact for early careers colleagues, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.

**Who you are**
- Proven experience in early careers recruitment and development, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Experience in planning and running assessment centres.
- Strong understanding of talent management and development principles.
- Experienced and confident in programme management of development programmes, including the confidence to introduce and deliver some of this.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
